When is my ordered processed?
Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days (we do not ship on weekends or holidays). For questions about your order, email us at info@shyftnow.comwith your inquiry and we will respond to you as soon as we can.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
Do you offer samples?
No. Not at this time.
Can I update my order once it’s been placed?
Unfortunately, you can’t update your order after it has been placed. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please email us at info@shyftnow.com with “CANCEL ORDER” as the subject and we will do our best to accommodate you!
What should I do if my order isn’t accurate?
If your order is incorrect please reach out to us at info@shyftnow.com with your order number in the subject line. We will make it right!
What if my order arrives damaged?
If an item arrives damaged, please email us at info@shyftnow.com within 7 days of receipt with “DAMAGED” in the subject line so we can ship you a replacement asap!
